What storage options are available?
Free includes 500 MB of cloud storage for sharing (plus local download). Pro includes 25 GB of Scrvio Cloud storage. Team includes 100 GB and can also use a private AWS S3 bucket for full data sovereignty.
How does per-seat pricing work for Team?
Team is $29/month per seat. Each member of your workspace counts as a seat. The 100 GB storage is shared across the workspace.
Can free users share recordings?
Yes! Free users can create shareable links with Scrvio branding that expire after 7 days. Pro and Team users get unbranded links with configurable or no expiration.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, both Pro and Team plans come with a free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?
Your recordings remain accessible. If you downgrade from a cloud plan, existing cloud recordings stay available but new recordings will be saved locally.
How does extra storage pricing work?
Pro plans can add storage at $3/GB/month. Team plans can add storage at $2/GB/month. Usage is calculated based on your total stored recordings.
Can I use Scrvio for commercial purposes?
Yes, all plans support commercial use. You retain full ownership of all recordings and content you create.
